Install the component

Before you install Client Response Gallery, check that your server meets the requirements below. Your webhost can confirm these, or you can check them yourself in the Joomla administrator under System > System Information.

Requirements

  • Joomla! 5.x or 6.x

Before you install

  • Make a full backup of your website. Akeeba Backup is a quick way to create one.
  • Update Joomla! to the latest version.

Install the extension

Client Response Gallery installs like any other Joomla extension, through the built-in installer.

1) Download the installation file from your account on our website, then go to your Joomla administrator and open System > Install > Extensions.

2) Select the file under the Upload Package File tab. After a few moments Joomla confirms the extension is installed.

Client Response Gallery is now installed and ready to configure.
