Copyright Element
Displays a dynamic copyright notice, with an optional row of links (privacy policy, terms, etc.) next to it. The year updates automatically, and the site name is pulled from your global settings unless you set a company name.
In the YOOtheme Builder, open the element picker and look for the Joomill Extensions group of elements. Go to YOOtheme > Layout > Footer to add this element to every page.
Select the Copyright element.
Content tab
| (start) Year | Optional start year. With a start year the notice reads "copyright © start year - current year", otherwise it reads "copyright © current year". |
| Company | Optional company name. With a company name the notice reads "copyright © current year - company name", otherwise it uses your Joomla or WordPress site name. |
| Items | Add one or more links next to the copyright text, for example a Privacy Policy or Terms of Service page. Each item has its own text, link, and link attributes (open in a new window, nofollow, noreferrer). |
Settings tab
| Text Style | A predefined text style for the copyright text: None, Meta, Lead, Small or Large. |
| Text Color | The text color: None, Muted, Emphasis, Primary, Secondary, Success, Warning or Danger. |
Subnav styling
These options style the link row from the Items field above.
| Style | Default or Divider, to show a vertical divider line between links. |
| Margin Left | Space between the copyright text and the link list, e.g. 20px. Leave empty for the default. |
| Item Gap | Space between links, e.g. 15px. Leave empty for the default. |
| Link Color | Optional color for the links. |
| Link Hover Color | Optional color for the links on hover or focus. |
| Link Text Decoration | None or Underline. |
| Link Hover Text Decoration | None or Underline, for hover or focus. |
| Link Font Size | e.g. 14px. Leave empty to match the copyright text size. |
| Link Font Weight | e.g. bold or 600. Leave empty to inherit. |
| Link Text Transform | None, Uppercase, Lowercase or Capitalize. |
| Divider Color | Optional color for the divider line (only with the Divider style). |
| Divider Width | e.g. 1px. Leave empty for the default (only with the Divider style). |
