Install the package

Before installation, check that the requirements below are met. Ask your web host if you're not sure, or check System > System Information in the Joomla! backend.

General requirements

  • Joomla! 5.x or 6.x

Preparations

  • Create a full backup of the website. Akeeba Backup is a quick way to do this.
  • Update to the latest version of Joomla!.

Installation (upload & install)

Admin Checklist installs through the standard Joomla! installer, the same way as any other extension.

1) After downloading the installation file, go to System > Install > Extensions in your Joomla! administration.

2) Select the file on the Upload Package File tab. After a few moments you'll see a message confirming the extension is installed.

3) The component, plugin and module are published automatically. Go to Extensions > Extension Manager to find the Admin Checklist extensions.

Now you're ready to start using Admin Checklist!

Installation (Install from web)

1) Go to System > Install > Extensions and select the Install from Web tab.

2) Search for Joomill to find the extension.
