Download Key
When you install the RSForm! Pro Notion plugin, you'll see a message in the Joomla dashboard that a download key is missing.
You need this download key to get automatic updates. Our system checks that you're using a valid download key and have an active subscription.
You can find your personal download key on our website: https://www.joomill-extensions.com/account/downloadkey
Copy the download key and paste it into the Edit Update Site screen.
Click Save & Close when you're done.
License notices
Since version 1.4.0 the plugin tells you when something is wrong with your license. Go to System > Plugins and open System - Joomill RSForm! Pro Notion integration: the notice is at the top of that screen. Only users who are allowed to manage extensions see it.
| No download key found | No download key has been entered for the plugin yet. The notice links to your key on our website and tells you to enter it under Update Sites, as described above. |
| Your license expires on a certain date | Your subscription is about to end. Renew it in time to keep receiving updates and support. The notice sometimes comes with a discount code for the renewal. |
| Your license expired on a certain date | Your subscription has ended. The version you have installed keeps working, but you no longer receive updates or support. |
A license notice has no close button. It goes away once the download key is entered or the license is renewed. An expired license doesn't switch the plugin off, your forms keep sending their submissions to Notion.
To show the right notice, your site sends the download key to joomill-extensions.com and gets the status of the license back. This happens on the server when a user who may see the notice opens the plugin screen.
