Before installation, check that your site meets these requirements. You can find this information in the Joomla backend under System > System Information.

• Joomla 5.x or 6.x

Installation

Install the plugin like any other Joomla extension.

1. In your Joomla administrator, go to System > Install > Extensions and upload the plugin's zip file.
2. Once installed, go to System > Manage > Plugins, search for System - Joomill Markdown Alternate, and make sure it's published.

The plugin works immediately after installation with its default settings. See Configuration for what each setting does.
