When your business is open after midnight (for example: saturday from 13:00 till 02:00) and you want to use the currently status, this might cause some problems. This is because 02:00 isn't saturday, but in fact it's sunday.
In this manual we create a workaround with 2 modules.
The First module displays the openinghours, but no current status.
Set up the hours as usual. For example like:
In the "Currently open"-tab make sure you set Show Currently Open and Show Currently Closed to NO in this module.
In the Second module we setup the openinghours a little different but we hide them on the frontend.
Set up Saturday (in this example) till 23:59 and for sunday add an extra line with 00:00 - 02:00
In the "Currently open"-tab make sure you set Show Currently Open and Show Currently Closed to YES in this module.
In this "Display options"-tab set Hide openings to YES (This option is only available in Opening Hours PRO version 3.4.1+)
This module will only show the current status without the actual openinghours.
You can change the order of the modules in the module manager, to show the current status above or below the openinghours.
When you would like to combine both modules on your website (for example in another module or article) we recommend to use: Modules Anywhere from Nonumber.nl
The FREE version of this plugin will do, but if you like it, buy the PRO version.
